Avocado Oil is relatively new to the culinary world.  Like olive oil, avocado oil is pressed from the pulp surrounding the pit.  It is great for sautéing or frying as it has an unusually high smoke point.  As for health benefits, it is high in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E.

    Just love this product, cook with the avocado oil all the time. 500 degree smoke point, highest smoke point of all the oils.
