Strawberry Balsamic Cupcakes




  •  Cake Mix we used chocolate cake
  •  Pre-made icing
  •  Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 7 teaspoons… Strawberry Dark Balsamic



  1. Follow the directions on the box cake mix, substituting Butter Flavored EVOO for the oil called for.
  2. In the cake mix, add 4 teaspoons of Strawberry balsamic. Whip balsamic into batter. Spoon batter into muffin tin. Bake according to the box instructions.
  3. Add 3 teaspoons to icing. Whip icing, and after the cupcakes cool, spread icing onto cupcakes.
