SLOW COOKER PORK CHOPS

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Salado Olive Oil Co.'s House Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 cup chicken broth

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon basil

4 1-1/2-inch boneless pork chops

pepper to taste

Egg noodles or rice, cooked


Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, poultry seasoning and basil. Place into the bottom of the slow cooker. In mean time, cut small slits in each of the pork chops and season with pepper. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and cook on high for about 4 hours or 8 hours on low.  Serve over rice or noodles and spoon the liquid on top of the pork chops.
