Chili and Garlic Steaks with Bleu Cheese
4 steaks (your choice of cut)
1/2 cup Salado Olive Oil Co's Roasted Chili EVOO or Salado Olive Oil Co.'s Roasted Chili and Garlic EVOO
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Bonfire Extra Bold Smoked Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Bleu Cheese crumbles for each steak
1 teaspoon Black Truffle with Garlic EVOO
In a resealable bag, combine Roasted Chili and Garlic EVOO with minced garlic and Bonfire Sea Salt. Add steaks and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Remove steaks from marinade and grill to your preference (we like them medium rare!). When done, place on plate to rest. At this time, add 2 tablespoons of bleu cheese to the top of each steak.
Just prior to serving, drizzle each steak with our Black Truffle with Garlic EVOO. We've paired them with grilled Roma tomatoes, flavored with a touch of our Italian Herb EVOO. Delicious!
