Balsamic Steak Sauce

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Salado Olive Oil Co.'s 25-Year Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2/3 cup ketchup

1/4 cup honey

2 shallots, sliced thin

2 Tablespoons Worceestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon Allspice

Salt, Pepper, Sugar, to taste

 Simmer all ingredients until thickened.  Add 1 tablespoon butter and whisk until combined.

Serve
