Balsamic Pineapple Colada

2 tablespoons of SaladoOlive Oil Co.'s  White Pineapple Balsamic or White Tropical Passion Balsamic Vinegar

4 oz. coconut rum (This recipe is great without the rum too) For sweeter drinks for kids leave out the alcohol and add a little simple sugar which is equal parts of water and sugar cooked until completely melted. Let cool and add to this lovely fresh drink.)

 1 can of frozen lemonade (12 oz. from concentrate)

Juice from two limes (add zest for neat pulp and concentrated citrus flavor)

Pitcher of ice

Blend together in a blender or Ninja Serve with a Salado Lime Fresco Salt rim or with sugar.
