Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans drained
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 avocados chopped
  •  ½ red onion thin sliced
  •  ¼ cilantro sprigs
  •  ¼ cup Cumin Lime Olive Oil
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 9 oz tortilla chips
