Rhubarb is a classic flavor, especially popular in the Midwest and Canada, that showcases tart fruit with sourness of limes and lemons. It is often paired with ginger in recipes – you can enjoy ours already blended! Our Rhubarb Ginger Balsamic is slightly sweeter than classic rhubarb and has a variety of uses. It is used in desserts (pies, compotes), as well as with salads and seafood.

Some fun way to use this product:

  • Make a mocktail by adding Rhubarb Ginger White Balsamic to sparkling water and a squeeze of lime.
  • Use as a salad dressing for a radish salad – add some thinly sliced red onion, Feta cheese, fresh mint
  • Make a chutney by sautéing onions, star anise and cinnamon sticks in Blood Orange EVOO. Remove the anise and cinnamon and blend in the Rhubarb Ginger Balsamic, Blood Orange EVOO, and some zested orange.
  • Make a sweet-yet-tart sauce by macerating fresh raspberries in the balsamic, and adding pomegranate juice
  • Drizzle over pancakes or French toast
  • Create a spicy marinade for seafood by mixing with Roasted Chile EVOO (or Citrus Habanero EVOO for a stronger kick), or create a fruity marinade by adding our Strawberry Basil EVOO, or add some herbal notes with our Rosemary or Basil EVOOs
