Our finest 25 Year Dark Traditional Style Balsamic from Modena. The consistency is thick enough to be drizzled as a condiment, while being balanced enough to pair well with our olive oils for a wonderful salad dressing. Use it as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruit or as a dessert sauce for vanilla ice cream and strawberries. Makes a great marinade or a fabulous finish on your salmon.

    This is the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever tasted. It’s bold, rich, and so delicious. It is wonderful and transformative. I thought all balsamic vinegars were all the same until I tasted this one.

    I used to live in Austin and drive to Salado 3 to 4 times a year. I now live in Mo and own a Organic Farm. It’s the best Balsamic, if you by store bought then you really never have had a good one. Must try.

    I’ve been purchasing Salado Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar for yrs and it’s the only Balsamic Vinegar I will buy. It’s so flavorful and robust! It gets a 5***** rating for me!

    Best aged, Balsamic vinegar that I have ever tried. Great for dipping with bread, adding to salads and drizzling over fruit. We enjoy visiting the Salado shop for the delicious samples and friendly service- but the free shipping for over $100 is super convenient and works well for gifts. Salado's processing and delivery is lightning fast- within a day or two for Dallas. My family and I have been loyal Salado Balsamic vinegar and Olive oil consumers for 6 years and it all started with a sample when driving from Dallas to Austin! ;-D
