Our finest 25 Year Dark Traditional Style Balsamic from Modena. The consistency is thick enough to be drizzled as a condiment, while being balanced enough to pair well with our olive oils for a wonderful salad dressing. Use it as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruit or as a dessert sauce for vanilla ice cream and strawberries. Makes a great marinade or a fabulous finish on your salmon.

    This is the second time we've ordered the 25 year Traditional Balsamic from Salado and its at the top of the list for best aged balsamics we've every had. Its extremely good on avacado toast and watermelon! The ordering process and service from Salado is also very good..looking forward to placing another order soon for gifts.

    I LOVE this Balsamic and use it with avocado oil and a little Stevia and dash of water to make a delicious dressing for salad and Vegies. Full rich taste!

    When I visited the store I tasted the 25 year the sonic vinegar and it was fantastic

    When I visited the store I tasted the 25 year the balsamic vinegar and it was fantastic I could not buy it at the store at that time because I was traveling by plane and had no luggage to put underneath the plane and they would not let me carry it on the plane so when I return home I ordered vinegar as well as other Oils. This is a wonderful company with a wonderful product.

    Salado 25 year old balsamic is delicious, rich, thick and does not compare to anything else I have tried. Caprese salad with this balsamic on it is scrumptious!

    I will never buy Balsamic Vinegar from a grocery store again! this was fabulous. We put it on everything... Salad, Caprese salad, even vanilla ice cream. It is wonderful.

    This is the best Balsamic I have ever tasted, and I use it for salads, and marinating seafood. It is thick, rich, and has a very robust flavor.
